When The Sun Rises
Every morning in Africa, When the Sun rises,
A deer awakens, Knowing it has to outrun the fastest Lion,
Or, be hunted to death…
But… When the Sun rises,
A lion awakens, Knowing it has to outrun the slowest deer,
Or, be starved to death…
It does not matter whether you are a deer or lion,
When the Sun rises,
Better be running at your best…

i dont like this! i´m just sitting outside next to the road, reading my newspaper - sit back, relax! why should i run? no need to run! everybody who runs is a fool because of exhausting himself for no reason!
but it is fine that there are people who are running… i just dont want to it bacause i love to be lazy!!!

We are not animals. In the pre-historic days, our ancestors were both like Lion (the hunter) and Deer (the hunted). They had tobe on run to hunt for food and to keep themselves safe from the predators. We have evolved quite a bit now because man wanted to be free from a mental state of constant fear and constant need to be behind food. Now as human beings we need to relax and enjoy life and not go back to pre-historic days of running for food and life. All these slogans are nice to read - but of little practicval use.

Those who say that running is useless or its time to relax man,so why should we run,

Sometimes I see myself as a child in a rain storm, running around trying to catch all the drops in his mouth. I long for ‘our’ adventures to be like the raindrops the child saves and not those which crash to the ground….
The dream was always running ahead of me. To catch up, to live for a moment in unison with it, that is the miracle…so gotta run
