When You Don’t Try

You’ve failed many times, although you don’t remember.
You fell down the first time you tried to walk.
You almost drowned the first time you tried to swim.

Don’t worry about failure.
Worry about the chances you miss, when you don’t even try.

You Are Special

Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled,
and ground into the dirt by the decisions we make
and the circumstances that come our way.

We feel as though we are worthless.
But no matter what has happened or what will happen,
you will never lose your value.

You are special.
Don’t ever forget it!

Choice Is Yours

When we wake up in the morning, we have two simple choices.
Go back to sleep and dream, or wake up and chase those dreams.

Choice is yours…

Walk Your Walk

You have to walk your own walk in this life.
And as you are traveling down your road;
Don’t look down at your feet.

Keep your head up and your eyes focused
on the road that reaches your goals.

Try Till You Win

Everytime we fall in life, we give up.
We give up our dreams, give up ourselves.

Waves are inspiring, not because they rise and fall;
But because each time they fall, they never fail to rise again.

To win, you need to try. Try till you win.

The World Is Following You

One day you might see yourself walking alone on a new path. No one seems in sight. No one seems to have walked it earlier.

Don’t give up midway. You’re on a right track. Go on. Reach your dreams.

The reason why you do not see anyone is because the world is following you.

Keep Trying

Two frogs fell into a deep cream bowl.
One was an optimistic soul,
But the other took the gloomy view.
“We shall drown,” he sobbed with much ado!
And with a last despairing cry,
He flung up his legs and said, “Good-bye!”

Said the other frog with merry grin,
“I can’t get out, but I won’t give in.
I’ll just swim around till my strength is spent,
Then will I die the more content!”

Bravely he swam till it would seem
His struggles began to churn the cream!
On top of the butter at last he stopped,
And out of the bowl he happily hopped!

So what is the moral? ‘Tis easily found;
If you can’t hop out, keep swimming around!

You Must Not Quit

Don’t give up, though the pace seems to be slow, you may succeed with another blow.
Success is failure turned inside out, the silver tint of a cloud of doubt.
And you never can tell how close you are, it may be near when it seems so far.
So stick to the fight when’re hardest hit, its when things seem worst - you must not quit.

Winners Never Quit!

A little girl - the 20th of 22 children, was born prematurely and her survival was doubtful.  When she was 4 years old, she contracted double pneumonia and scarlet fever, which left her with a paralyzed left leg.

At age 9, she removed the metal leg brace she had been dependent on and began to walk without it.

By 13 she had developed a rhythmic walk, which doctors said was a miracle. That same year she decided to become a runner. She entered a race and came in last.

For the next few years every race she entered, she came in last. Everyone told her to quit, but she kept on running.

One day she actually won a race, and then another. From then on she won every race she entered. Eventually this little girl - Wilma Rudolph, went on to win three Olympic gold medals.

Winners never quit!
